Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Retained Organs Commission (Establishment and Constitution) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st May 2001.

(2) This Order extends to England only.

Section 2Amendment of the Retained Organs Commission (Establishment and Constitution) Order 2001

In article 4 of the Retained Organs Commission (Establishment and Constitution) Order 2001 (constitution of the Commission) , in paragraph (b), for “7” substitute “9”.
