Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulations Relating to Money Laundering) Regulations 2001 and come into force on 18th June 2001.

Section 2
The Money Laundering Regulations 1993 are prescribed for the purposes of section 168(4)(b) and section 402(1)(b) of the Act.
