Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Child Minding and Day Care (Certificates of Registration) (England) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 2nd July 2001.

(2) These Regulations extend only to England.

Section 2 Information in certificates of registration

Certificates of registration for providing child minding or for providing day care shall give the following information about the following matters—

(a) the name of the registered person;

(b) in the case of day care, the address at which the day care is to be provided;

(c) any conditions applicable to the registration.
