Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Advisory Centre on WTO Law (Immunities and Privileges) Order 2001. It shall come into force on the date on which the Agreement establishing the Advisory Centre on WTO Law enters into force.

Section 2

The Advisory Centre on WTO Law is an organisation of which the United Kingdom and other sovereign powers are members.

Section 3

The Advisory Centre on WTO Law shall have the legal capacities of a body corporate.
