Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Central Manchester Healthcare and the Manchester Children’s Hospitals National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
(1) The Manchester Central Hospitals and Community Care National Health Service Trust established by the Manchester Central Hospitals and Community Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(2) The Manchester Children’s Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Manchester Children’s Hospitals National Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
