These Regulations may be cited as the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 7) (Amendment) Regulations 2001; they extend to England and come into force at 6 p.m. on 11th May 2001.

The Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-And-Mouth Disease) (No. 7) (Amendment) Regulations 2001
At the end of Regulation 4(3)(b)(ii) of the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 7) Regulations 2001 , insert “or, in the case of meat from biungulates to which that Directive does not apply, the health mark provided for in Chapter III of Annex I to Council Directive 91/495/EEC (concerning public health and animal health problems affecting the production and placing on the market of rabbit meat and farmed game meat )”.
