The Daventry and South Northamptonshire Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001

Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Daventry and South Northamptonshire Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

(2) In this Order

“ the Order ” means the Daventry and South Northamptonshire Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000 ; and

“ the trust ” means the trust established by the Order.

Section 2 Amendment of the Primary Care Trust Establishment Order

(1) The Schedule to the Order shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.

(2) In the entry for the District of Daventry there shall be inserted after “Barby”, “and Kilsby”, and after “Weedon”, “West Haddon and Guilsborough”.

(3) In the entry for the District of Daventry the following entries shall be deleted;

“Boughton and Pitsford,” “Byfield,” “and West Haddon,” “Guilsborough,” “Kilsby,” “Moulton,” and “Overstone and Walgrave”.

(4) In the entry for the District of South Northamptonshire there shall be inserted;

after “Cosgrove,” “Cote” and “Courteenhall”,

after “Deanshanger”, “Downs”,

after “Grafton,” “Grange”,

after “Salcey”, “Silverstone”,

after “Tove”, “Towcester Brook, Towcester Mill, Whittlewood”.

(5) In the entry for the District of South Northamptonshire the following entries shall be deleted;

“Bugbrooke,” “Forest,” “Gayton,” “Kislingbury,” “Milton,” “Pottespury,” “Roade”, “Slapton”, and “Towcester”.
