Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Uttlesford Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
(2) In this Order “ the Order ” means the Uttlesford Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Oreder 2000 ; and
“ the trust ” means the trust established by the Order.

Section 1Amendment of the Primary Care Trust Establishment Order

(1) The Schedule to the Order shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.

(2) In the entry for the district of Uttlesford after Littlebury there shall be inserted “Little Hallingbury”.
