Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 20th April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham Mental Health National Health Service Trust established by the Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
