Section 2Title, extent and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 7) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2001; they extend to England and come into force at 11.45 p.m. on 18th May 2001.

Section 2Amendment to the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 7) Regulations 2001

(1) The Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 7) Regulations 2001 are amended in accordance with this regulation.

(2) In paragraph (2) of regulation 1 of those Regulations, for “18th May 2001”, substitute “19th June 2001”.
