Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Solihull Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

The Solihull Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Solihull Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
