Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Newcastle City Health and the Northumberland Mental Health National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Newcastle City Health National Health Service Trust established by the Newcastle City Health National Health Service (Establishment) Order 1994 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

(2) The Northumberland Mental Health National Health Service Trust established by the Northumberland Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
