Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the General Teaching Council for England (Registration of Teachers) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 31st January 2001.

Section 2Amendment of the General Teaching Council for England (Registration of Teachers) Regulations 2000

Regulation 1(2) of the General Teaching Council for England (Registration of Teachers) Regulations 2000 is amended by the substitution for “1st February 2001” of “1st June 2001”.
