Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Subtitling) Order 2001 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Amendment of section 20(3) of the Broadcasting Act 1996

In section 20(3)(a) of the Broadcasting Act 1996, for “50 per cent.” there is substituted “80 per cent.”.
