Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Aid in Family Proceedings (Remuneration) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 26th July 2001.

Section 2Transitional provision
These Regulations shall apply to work carried out on or after 26th July 2001, and in relation to work carried out before that date the Legal Aid in Family Proceedings (Remuneration) Regulations 1991 shall have effect as if these Regulations had not been made.
Section 3Amendments to the Legal Aid in Family Proceedings (Remuneration) Regulations 1991
In paragraph 17 in Part V of Schedule 1A, and paragraph 18 in Part V of Schedule 2A, to the Legal Aid in Family Proceedings (Remuneration) Regulations 1991, the words “per hour”, wherever they occur, shall be deleted.
