Section 2Provisions coming into force in England
Section 161 of the Transport Act 2000, in so far as it relates to the words “operated a local service in contravention of that section” in section 111(1)(b) of the Transport Act 1985 as substituted by paragraph 22(2) of Schedule 11, shall come into force on 20th February 2001 as respects England.
