Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Zones (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 13th August 2001.

Section 2Amendment of the Employment Zones Regulations 2000

The Schedule to the Employment Zones Regulations 2000 shall be amended as follows—
(a) in relation to the employment zone of Brighton and Hove, after “the non-metropolitan district of Hove” there shall be added “and the district of Adur”.
(b) in relation to the employment zone of Plymouth, after “The non-metropolitan district of Plymouth” there shall be added “and the districts of Caradon, South Hams and West Devon”.
