Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Chief Inspector of Schools in England) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 30th November 2001.

Section 2

Michael John Tomlinson is hereby re-appointed Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Schools in England for the period from 1st December 2001 until 30th April 2002.
