Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (Hague Convention Countries) (Variation) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st August 2001.

Section 2
Schedule 1 to the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (Hague Convention Countries) Order 1993 shall be varied by inserting, after the word “Slovakia”, the word “Spain”.
