Section 1Citation and extent
This Order, which extends to England only, may be cited as the Rating (Former Agricultural Premises and Rural Shops) Act 2001 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2001.

Section 2Commencement
(1) Section 1(3) of the Rating (Former Agricultural Premises and Rural Shops) Act 2001, in so far as it confers power on the Secretary of State to make an order under section 43(6F) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 , shall come into force on 17th July 2001.
(2) Section 1 of the Act of 2001, except in so far as it is brought into force by paragraph 1(1), and sections 2 to 5 of that Act, shall come into force on 15th August 2001.
