Section 1Citation, extent and commencement

This Order, which extends to England only, may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating (Stud Farms) (England) Order 2001, and shall come into force on 15th August 2001.

Section 2Specified amount—deduction in rateable value

£3,000 is the amount specified for the purposes of paragraph 2A of Schedule 6 to the Local Government Finance Act (deduction from valuation of hereditaments used for breeding horses, etc. ).

Section 3Revocation

The Non-Domestic Rating (Stud Farms) Order 1989 is hereby revoked.
