Section 1Citation and Interpretation
This Order—
(a) may be cited as the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 (Commencement No. 1) (Amendment) Order 2001;
(b) This Order shall come into force on 31st August 2001

Section 2Citation and Interpretation
This Order applies only in relation to England.
Section 3Citation and Interpretation
In this Order “the Principal Order ” means the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2001 .
Section 4Amendment to the Principal Order
Paragraph 5 of the Principal Order shall be amended by the substitution of “1st January 2002” for “1st September 2001”.
