Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Amendment (England) (No.2) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 13th August 2001.

(2) These Regulations extend to England only.

Section 2 Amendment of Regulations

In Schedule 2 to the Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1996 (Special Health Authorities of which the chairman and members are not disqualified under regulation 10(1)(g)) —

(a) after “National Blood Authority” insert “National Clinical Assessment Authority” ; and

(b) after “Retained Organs Commission” insert “United Kingdom Transplant” .
