This Order may be cited as the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (Commencement No. 9 and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2001.

The School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (Commencement No. 9 and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2001
Section 2
Section 115(2) and (3) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 shall come into force on 20th July 2001 in relation to Wales.
Section 3
Requests by or on behalf of any registered pupil at a school for school lunches to be provided on or after 20th July 2001 may be made to a local education authority at any time after the making of this Order.
