Section 1Citation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 2000 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2001.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Section 2Provisions coming into force on 1st August 2001

Sections 94 and 95 of the Local Government Act 2000 shall come into force on 1st August 2001.
