Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Teacher Training Agency (Additional Functions) (England) (No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 2nd September 2001.

(2) This Order shall only apply in relation to England.

Section 2Conferring of additional function

The additional function of administering on behalf of the Secretary of State any scheme established by her for the payment of grants under the Education (Teacher Training Bursaries) (England) Regulations 2001 is hereby conferred on the Teacher Training Agency.
