Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Dental Charges) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 6th August 2001.

(2) These Regulations extend to England only.

Section 2Amendment of the National Health Service (Dental Charges) Regulations 1989

In regulation 3 of the National Health Service (Dental Charges) Regulations 1989 (charges for other dental services), paragraph (2)(e), for “or 13(2)” substitute “, 13(2) or 17(4)”.
