Section 1 Citation and commencment

This Order shall be cited as the Breaking the Cycle Bridgwater Education Action Zone (Variation) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st September 2001.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order “Bridgwater Education Action Zone” means the Education Action Zone established by the Breaking the Cycle Bridgwater Education Action Zone Order 1999 .

Section 3 Variation of the Bridgwater Education Action Zone Order 1999

(1) The Bridgwater Education Action Zone Order 1999 is varied as follows.

(2) The following words are deleted from Schedule 1, “Somerset Training and Enterprise Council/Somerset Lifelong Learning Partnership, East Reach House, East Reach, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 3EN (Registration No. 2396977)”, and “the University of the West of England, Redland Campus, Redland Hill, Bristol, BS6 6UZ”.
