Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Community Legal Service (Funding) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st October 2001.

Section 2Amendment to the Community Legal Service (Funding) Order 2000

The following shall be inserted after Article 5(1)(b) of the Community Legal Service (Funding) Order 2000:
or
(c) as part of the housing possession court duty scheme pilot; or
(d) as part of the alternative methods of delivery pilot.
