Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Priority of Charges) (England) (No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 15th October 2001.

(2) This Order extends to England only.

Section 2Specified Bodies

The following bodies are hereby specified as approved lending institutions for the purposes of section 156 of the Housing Act 1985 (priority of charges)—
(a) igroup Mortgages Limited—Company No. 3770776.
(b) igroup UK Loans Limited—Company No. 3749420.
(c) igroup 2 Limited—Company No. 3610605.
(d) igroup 3 Limited—Company No. 3730890.
(e) igroup 4 Limited—Company No. 3797432.
(f) igroup 5 Limited—Company No. 3770763.
