Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (Restoration of Devolved Government) (No.2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 23rd September 2001.

Section 2
Section 1 of the Northern Ireland Act 2000 shall cease to have effect on 23rd September 2001.
Section 3
The Northern Ireland Act 2000 (Suspension of Devolved Government) (No.2) Order 2001 is hereby revoked.
