Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the East Berkshire National Health Service Trust for People with Learning Disabilities and the West Berkshire Priority Care Service National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2 Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The East Berkshire National Health Service Trust for People with Learning Disabilities established by the East Berkshire National Health Service Trust for People with Learning Disabilities (Establishment) Order 1991 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

(2) The West Berkshire Priority Care Service National Health Service Trust established by the West Berkshire Priority Care Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
