Section 1Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2001.

Section 2Provisions coming into force in England

The provisions of the Transport Act 2000 specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 26th October 2001 as respects England.
