Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Community Order (Electronic Monitoring of Requirements) (Responsible Officer) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force at 7.00 pm on 1st October 2001.

Section 2Amendment of the Community Order (Electronic Monitoring of Requirements) (Responsible Officer) Order 2001
(1) In article 5 of the Community Order (Electronic Monitoring of Requirements) (Responsible Officer) Order 2001 , for the text from “ GSSC ” to the end there is substituted “Reliance Secure Task Management Limited of Boundary House, Cricketfield Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1QG”.
(2) In the heading to Schedule 3 to that Order, for “GSSC OF EUROPE LIMITED” there is substituted “RELIANCE SECURE TASK MANAGEMENT LIMITED”.
