Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2001.

Section 2

Section 71(1) to (4) of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 shall come into force on 29th October 2001.
