Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Electricity Council (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 9th November 2001.

The Electricity Council (Dissolution) Order 2001
Section 2
In this Order, “Electricity Council” means the Council established under section 3 of the Electricity Act 1957 .
Section 3
The Electricity Council shall be dissolved on the day on which this Order comes into force.
