Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and come into force on 8th November 2001.

Section 2Amendment

The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001 are amended by inserting the following entry at the end of the table in Part 1 of Schedule 1—
