Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Official Listing of Securities) (Amendment) Regulations 2001, and come into force on the day on which section 74(1) of the Act comes into force.

Section 2Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Official Listing of Securities) Regulations 2001

(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Official Listing of Securities) Regulations 2001 are amended as follows.

(2) At the beginning of paragraph (a) of regulation 3 (bodies whose securities may not be listed) insert “where the securities are securities within the meaning of the Regulated Activities Order,”.
