Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales) (No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 28th November 2001.

Section 2

The persons named in the Schedule to this Order are hereby appointed Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales or Arolgwyr Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru with effect from 28th November 2001.
