Section 1Title, commencement, extent and cessation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 10) (Fees) Regulations 2001; they extend to England and come into force at 1.00pm on 30th October 2001.

(2) These Regulations shall apply until midnight on 31st December 2001.

Section 2Fees

The Food Standards Agency may charge the occupier of any premises at which supervision or inspection is carried out by them for the purposes of establishing the eligibility for dispatch of products under the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 10) Regulations 2001 a reasonable fee in respect of costs reasonably incurred by them in the exercise of those functions.
