Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government Overseas Assistance (London Pensions Fund Authority) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 5th December 2001.

(2) This Order does not extend to Scotland.

Section 2 Amendment to the Local Government (Overseas Assistance) Act 1993

In section 1 of the Local Government (Overseas Assistance) Act 1993 (power to provide advice and assistance) in subsection (10) (bodies which are local authorities), after paragraph (f) (the Broads Authority) there shall be inserted—

(ff) the London Pensions Fund Authority;
