Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (City Academies) (Subject Areas) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 30th November 2001.

(2) This Order shall only apply to England.

Section 2Subject Areas

A city academy may have an emphasis on business, enterprise and information technology in its curriculum.
