Section 1
This Order may be cited as the European Communities (Immunities and Privileges of the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organization) Order 2001. It shall come into force on the day after the day on which it was made.

The European Communities (Immunities and Privileges of the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organization) Order 2001
Section 2
The European Communities (Immunities and Privileges of the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organization) Order 1985 shall be amended as follows—
(1) After Article 6(3) there shall be inserted the following new paragraph:—
(4) The Organization shall be accorded a refund of insurance premium tax and air passenger duty paid by the Organization in the exercise of its official activities.
