Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Prescribed Markets and Qualifying Investments) (Amendment) Order 2001, and comes into force on 5th December 2001.

Section 2Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Prescribed Markets and Qualifying Investments) Order 2001

The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Prescribed Markets and Qualifying Investments) Order 2001 is amended by inserting, after article 4—

(4A) There is prescribed, as a market to which section 118 of the Act applies, the market known as OFEX.
