Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Controlled Drugs (Substances Useful for Manufacture) (Intra-Community Trade) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 12th December 2001.

The Controlled Drugs (Substances Useful for Manufacture) (Intra-Community Trade) (Amendment) Regulations 2001
Section 2
Schedule 1 to the Controlled Drugs (Substances Useful for Manufacture) (Intra-Community Trade) Regulations 1993 , which specifies scheduled substances for the purposes of regulation 2 of those Regulations, shall be amended by the insertion in Category 1 of that Schedule before the words “1-phenyl-2-propanone” of the word “Norephedrine”.
