The Derby College (Incorporation) Order 2001

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Derby College (Incorporation) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st January 2002 (“the commencement date”).

Section 2

There shall be established as from the commencement date a body corporate called “Derby College”, for the purpose of establishing and conducting as from the operative date a new educational institution of that name.

Section 3

The operative date in relation to the further education corporation established by this Order shall be 1st January 2002, and the corporation shall conduct Derby College from that date.
