Section 1

This Order may be cited as the A54 Trunk Road in Cheshire (A51 Tarvin Roundabout to A54/A556 Junction) (Detrunking) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

Section 2

In this Order—

(i) “the plan”

(ii) “principal road”

(iii) “the trunk road”

Section 3

The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as a principal road from the date on which the Order comes into force.
