Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Agency Arrangements) (Specification) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 28th January 2002.

Section 2Specification of functions

The functions of the Scottish Ministers described in the Schedule to this Order are hereby specified for the purposes of section 93(1) of the Scotland Act 1998.

Section 1

The functions conferred on the Scottish Ministers by the Environmental Protection (Controls on Ozone-Depleting Substances) Regulations 2001 .
