Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 2001.

Section 2

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 2000 is revoked.

Section 3

In the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 , for Schedules 1 and 2 there shall be substituted Schedules 1 and 2 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
