Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-production (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2001.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st January 2002, except for article 4 which shall come into force on 1st March 2002.

Section 2

In this Order “the Schedule” means the Schedule to the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-Production Order 1994 .

Section 3

The Schedule shall be amended by inserting at the appropriate place in alphabetical order the word “Malta”.

Section 4

The Schedule shall be further amended by inserting at the appropriate place in alphabetical order the word “France”.
